Volunteer to Help Screen Workers

Rise Up needs help screening workers seeking assistance to determine if they are eligible for a free legal consultation or if they need to be referred to specialized lawyers. You do not need a law degree or any specialized experience.

If you are willing to conduct five 15-20 minute screenings a week following a simple nine question script, please sign up below.

The questions require a basic understanding that the federal government is divided into departments and agencies (so that you can ask which department or agency employed the worker) and that a worker may be involved in reporting wrongdoing by the government (to identify the worker as a potential whistleblower who needs specialized counsel.)
